Ecofriendly detachable and recyclable labels


A project of Sustainable Chemistry funded by the Region Toscana

The objective of the EcoReLabel project is the development of products and processes able to remove labels from the bottles in order to recover, recycle, and/or reuse them separately. The main idea is to develop and use adhesives that are degradable in enzymatic baths. The environmental impact reduction will be finally assessed through the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) of the products and processes developed.
